I grew up with a strong nostalgia for the 60s and 70s — the Beatles, Clapton, Dylan, the Stones. I've flown cities just to hear them live.

I collect vinyls to sit through a full side without skipping. It slows me down. That’s a good thing. Somehow, analog crackles and slightly detuned guitars make things feel more honest.

On weekends, I make pour-over or espresso at home and keep notes on grind size, extraction time, and anything I can't really measure. Sometimes, I even roast beans on my own. Brewing coffee has a logic to it — but also a rhythm.

I try to keep my head quiet by moving. Golf in the morning. Workout when the gym isn’t packed. The better I feel my body, the better I write, listen, and do.
